Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you receive the last item of your order. If the final day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will automatically be extended to the next business day.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your account under "Orders".

Cancellation: Possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Return: If your order has already been delivered, you can submit a return request.
Refund
Once we have received your returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
The refund includes the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping costs, where applicable.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized candy products.

Sealed food products where the seal has been broken after delivery, as these products are no longer suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.
Submitting a Return Request
You can submit a return or cancellation request through your account at account.rocksrollscandy.nl under "Orders".
1.1. Under the Distance Selling Act, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason. However, perishable food items and/or consumables with limited shelf life are excluded from this right of withdrawal and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.
1.2. Refunds are only provided for defective, damaged, or unfit-for-purpose products. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase, and photo evidence of the item as received. Returns must be made in the original packaging and unopened, as the item left the warehouse. Items purchased during sale periods cannot be returned.
- Stock Items (Items bought directly from the shop inventory):
Returns and refunds are only possible for products that are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Please ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it. - Custom Candy (Items made to order and especially for you):
For custom-made candy products, returns or refunds are not possible. As these products are specially made for you, they cannot be returned or refunded.
